Crustless Leek and Goat Cheese Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the onion. In a sauté pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the onion.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cut the leeks into thin slices and add them to the sauté pan with the bacon. Cook for about ten minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly, until the leeks are soft and tender.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 4.   In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add the flour and milk. Mix well until you have a smooth mixture. Add the leek/onion mixture and stir to combine.
  • 5.   Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and arrange a few slices of goat cheese on top. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes, then unmold and enjoy.

  • 3 eggs
  • 40 cl of milk
  • 100 g of flour
  • 85 g of goat cheese log
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
