Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, the cucumber into pieces, the feta into small cubes, and thinly slice the red onion.
  • 3.   In a salad bowl, add the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, and black olives. Drizzle with olive oil, then mix everything together.

  • ½ cucumbers
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bag of feta
  • 1 cup of black olive
  • 250 g of pasta
