Potato and butternut fries

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Clean and peel the vegetables. Cut them into regular-sized sticks.
  • 3.   Place the vegetable fries in a bowl. Add olive oil, thyme, and mix with your hands to coat the fries evenly with thyme and olive oil.
  • 4.   Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the fries on it, spreading them out so they are not overlapping.
  • 5.   Bake on the middle rack for 40 minutes. The fries should be golden on the outside and soft on the inside. Lightly sprinkle with salt.
    Keep an eye on the fries as cooking time may vary slightly depending on the oven.
