Smoked salmon, cream cheese, and poached egg bagel

Instructions

  • 1.   Crack each egg into separate bowls and bring a pot of water to a boil.
  • 2.   Create a whirlpool with a spatula and gently drop the cracked eggs inside, letting them cook for exactly 3 minutes.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, cut the bagels in half, toast them quickly, spread cream cheese on them, add some spinach sprouts, 2 slices of smoked salmon, and if desired, cucumber slices.
  • 4.   Place the poached eggs on top and close the bagel.

  • 2 bagels
  • 4 handful of spinach sprout
  • 4 slice of smoked salmon
  • 2 large egg
  • 2 St Moret
