Smoked salmon, cream cheese, and poached egg bagel

Instructions
1. Crack each egg into separate bowls and bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Create a whirlpool with a spatula and gently drop the cracked eggs inside, letting them cook for exactly 3 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, cut the bagels in half, toast them quickly, spread cream cheese on them, add some spinach sprouts, 2 slices of smoked salmon, and if desired, cucumber slices.
4. Place the poached eggs on top and close the bagel.
