Salmon, Avocado, Lentil, and Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the green lentils for 20-25 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, dice the sweet potatoes and sauté them in a pan with a little fat for 10-15 minutes.
  • 3.   Cut the avocado in half. Drain the green lentils and add them to the bowl, along with the two avocado halves, diced sweet potatoes, mixed greens, and smoked salmon or trout.

  • 1 avocado
  • 4 large smoked salmon
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 100 g of canned lentil
  • 3 handful of lamb's lettuce
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
